Design and development of the new InkJoy Gel pen that dries up to 3 times faster over competitors offering resulting in reduced smearing while writing. With the sharpened brand positioning the design had to communicate the joyful and light-hearted spirit of the brand.
The design has set a new style direction for the Paper Mate InkJoy brand and the design language is being applied and rolled out over several products.
The design caused sales to increase from 10M to 50M.
