Description
Per request of senior executives Heart of Life explores and creates a vision for a direct to consumer online platform with the focus to drive value for both the user and Newell.
Value for the user is created through unique experiences, unique offerings and imaginative marketing. Value for Newell is created by creating an extended DTC e-commerce platforn, data collection and the opportunity to tell the story of Newell.
The project was a close collaboration with the eComm team and got highlighted by the CEO of Newell Brands in investor calls and various internal meetings.

Description
With the booming popularity of voice assistants in mind, this projects envisions and defines the user value of voice interaction for Mr.Coffee.
During the project the team created a framework to map and define the level of voice interaction complexities in relation to the brand. Given the brand values the project focused on easy and simple levels of activation to improve the overall user experience in creating a cup of coffee.
Using an experience journey map valuable scenario’s have been selected to demonstrate the value of voice interaction using a demo prototype.

Description
This project is an exploration of what pen customization for Paper Mate could be. Users can choose two part of the pen to their liking. Once they choose 2 times a regular ballpoint, a gel or a felt tip pen in the color they want, the unique and engaging click mechanism makes it into a full length pen allowing you to write as you are, wherever you are.
This modular approach allows the platform to be extended in other categories and is ideal to even make a more premium pen design.
